Cookies
Only the ones that sign you in.
This is a short page because Apoile uses very few cookies. There is no advertising network here, and nothing following you to other websites.
What we use
Authentication cookies. When you log in, our authentication provider sets cookies holding your session token so you stay signed in as you move between pages. They are refreshed automatically and cleared when you sign out.
Without these, logging in would not work at all — which is why there is no banner asking permission for them. They are strictly necessary for a service you asked to use.
What we don't use
No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels. No third-party analytics building a profile of your browsing. No social-network buttons phoning home.
Fonts are served from our own domain rather than from Google Fonts, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.
Managing them
Every browser lets you view and delete cookies, and block them entirely. Blocking ours will stop you being able to sign in, but the marketing pages will still work.
Signing out clears your session cookies immediately.
More detail
What we actually store about you, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.
Last updated 29 July 2026. This document describes how Apoile actually operates today. It is written in plain language rather than legalese, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer — if you are operating Apoile commercially you should have it checked against the rules that apply where your members live.
