Something urgent about someone's safety
Use the report button on their profile or in the conversation. Those reach a moderator directly and are looked at first. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services before contacting us — they can act faster than we can.
A problem with your account
Email us from the address you signed up with. That lets us find the account without asking you to prove anything, and it is the fastest route to an answer.
You think a suspension was a mistake
Reply from the address on the account and say so. Suspensions are reversible and we would rather correct an error than leave someone locked out.
A privacy request
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Say which one you want and we will confirm when it is done.
Before you write
A good number of questions are already answered on how it works, safety and the community guidelines. If the answer is not there, that is worth telling us too — it usually means a page needs improving.
